Finishing Touches, LLC was started in the spring of 1991 by Tim Hulick. At this time, Tim had to make a decision to either keep working for another construction company or go with his own ideas and values.
Tim understood the most important part of the equation of remodeling is 'The Customer'. With that in mind, Finishing Touches set out to approach this business differently than most other construction companies.
